A rolling Question and Answer session for July 2022

We're trying a few different things on this platform, and the aim here is share a bit of our knowledge around Operations and Processes in a Q&A format.

We imagine it will be a fairly laid-back affair (if not downright uneventful). We'll take questions on a rolling basis throughout the remainder of this week.

Realistically, this is probably not something that the majority of you will need and if you're running a small business you're much better off focusing on revenue and sales. Having said this, a slight detour and adjustment at the margins (i.e. Operations) can sometimes yield benefits and our aim is share a bit of expertise sidestepping the need for you to recruit full time or bring in contractors.

Broad topics we can opine on:

• Remote work and managing remote teams

• Outsourcing and managing outsourced teams and freelancers (APAC focus)

• Time management (a recap + a few more Au techniques)

• Time management and processes for sales & sales roles
